Volume
We process over 20,000 a/c compressors each month. With this type of volume, RAS will have the volume orders available to your remanufacturing lines. We have over 40,000 sq. ft. of dedicated warehouse space in our Tampa FL location. This allows us to sort over 1,100 OE bin locations. All these OE manufacturers are sorted including, Cal sonic, Diesel Kiki, Nihon, Zerel, to Bosch, Hitachi, Keihin, Seiko Seiki, Matsushita, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Nippondenso and Sanden. With over 1,600 sorted part numbers in import calipers alone, RAS has the specific caliper you're looking for. With over 400,000 units in stock, RAS has the volume you need. RAS averages between 25,000 to 30,000 cores processed each month.
Quality
RAS checks each caliper for pistons, broken bleeder screws, scored calipers and excessive rusting and pitting. These quality checks are vital to a remanufacturer receiving high quality rebuildable cores. RAS can also handle fully loaded (with bracket) caliper requests as well as some bracket only orders.
