Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain information about your device and your visit, including:

- Usage information: the pages you view, the links you click, the website that referred you, the date and time of your visit, and how long you stay.

Analytics providers
We use the following third-party services to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. These providers collect information through cookies and similar technologies and process it on our behalf and, in some cases, for their own purposes as described in their privacy statements.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to measure traffic and usage trends, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrive at our site, and which content performs well. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. For more information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Session replays record your interactions with our pages, not your screen outside our website. Clarity masks text you type into form fields by default, and we do not use session replays to identify individual visitors.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide core pricing and quotes.
- To manage business relationships, including pickups, payments, and settlement reporting.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website, including through the analytics described above.
- To send you communications related to your inquiry or account.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run our website and business, such as website hosting, email, and analytics providers (including Google and Microsoft as described above), under contracts that limit how they may use your information.
- Affiliated companies involved in fulfilling your inquiry or transaction.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RAS, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Some state privacy laws treat allowing analytics or advertising providers to collect information through cookies as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can limit this collection as described under “Your choices” below.
Your choices
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for details on each cookie and how to manage them.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Global Privacy Control: where required by applicable law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Consent: where the law requires your consent before analytics cookies are set, we will ask for it, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Analytics data is retained by our providers according to their retention settings, which we configure to the shortest period that meets our needs.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International visitors
Our website is operated in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
